Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modelling Engineer to develop and maintain BIM models for municipal pipeline and construction projects in Singapore.

You will create accurate 3D BIM models from 2D drawings and coordinate technical drawings across the project. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or related field, plus relevant Singapore experience and strong Autodesk Revit skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant BIM modelling or drafting experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software, with strong Autodesk Revit skills preferred.

• Conduct clash detection and identify design or coordination conflicts.

• Manage model revisions and complete assigned project milestones on schedule.

BIM Modelling Engineer

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Woodlands

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for municipal pipeline and construction projects
• Create accurate 3D BIM models based on 2D engineering drawings
• Prepare, update, and coordinate technical drawings throughout the project
• Conduct clash detection and identify design or coordination conflicts
• Coordinate and resolve BIM clashes with relevant project teams
• Ensure models and drawings follow project requirements and Singapore BIM standards
• Manage model revisions and complete assigned project milestones on schedule

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant BIM modelling or drafting experience in the Singapore construction industry is preferred
• Proficient in BIM software, with strong Autodesk Revit skills preferred
• Familiar with Singapore BIM workflows and industry standards
• Able to interpret 2D technical drawings and develop high-accuracy 3D models
• Familiar with clash detection and coordination processes
• Strong technical drawing skills with good attention to detail
• Able to work accurately and meet project deadlines
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
