Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Technician to create, update and revise BIM models across the project lifecycle.

You will build models from contract drawings, maintain BIM libraries and produce construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools. Collaboration with internal and external disciplines to manage design changes and ensure accurate drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of BIM/CAD experience.
• Experience with Revit or Navisworks preferred.
• Ability to read MEP drawings.
• Strong teamwork and deadline awareness.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• To create BIM models and build the BIM libraries
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;
• To produce construction drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools.

Requirements

• Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM/CAD with adequate detail
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and AutoCAD software
• Ability to read and understand MEP construction documents/drawings
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines
