Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Technician to create, update and revise BIM models across the project life cycle. You will build BIM libraries and coordinate changes with multiple disciplines, ensuring drawings align with contract information and latest updates.

The role requires experience with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, and the ability to read MEP drawings. Collaboration and timely delivery are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM/CAD with adequate detail.
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and AutoCAD software.
• Ability to read and understand MEP construction documents/drawings.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
