APTIV8 PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E BIM Modeller to support building services projects in Singapore. The role involves creating and updating M&E BIM models and drawings, coordinating with architectural and structural teams, and ensuring models meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Certificate in M&E, BIM, Engineering or related field and hands-on experience with Revit MEP / BIM modelling, along with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate in M&E, BIM, Engineering or related field.
Experience with Revit MEP / BIM modelling.
Knowledge of M&E services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
Able to read technical drawings and work with project teams.
Relevant Singapore construction/BIM experience preferred.

Responsabilités
