Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models for Singapore construction projects. You will update discipline-specific BIM models, generate shop drawings from BIM data, and ensure accuracy across all model elements.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years of BIM modelling experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and coordination with the site team to support clash detection and data extraction as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate or relevant qualification in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in Singapore construction projects.
