Job summary

LOTTE ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a BIM Modeller to produce BIM content and extracting production documents for a BIM-assisted project.

You will deliver BIM models for design, documentation and fabrication with an emphasis on quality, due diligence and timeliness, and you will prepare accurate AUTOCAD and REVIT drawings in line with project requirements. The role requires 3 years of M&E experience and a diploma/degree in mechanical engineering within

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering with BIM exposure.
• Certificate from a BIM modelling course or equivalent validation.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in M&E, preferably building construction.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models and deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication.
• Ensure BIM models delivered with quality, due diligence and timeliness.
• Identify issues for BIM Managers where discrepancies occur during design production.
• Model with correct BIM parameters for quantification and 4D simulation.
• Create BIM content and extract production drawings to deliver BIM projects.
• Produce accurate AUTOCAD and REVIT BIM drawings per project requirements.
• Complete documentation from detailed, construction, shop and as-built drawings; produce drawing sets.
• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating BIM models and basic BIM libraries.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Job description

Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.

• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)
• Identify issues for BIM Managers where discrepancies occur during design production.
• Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4 D simulation
• The BIM modeller’s overall responsibility is to create BIM content and extracting production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Produce accurate AUTOCAD and REVIT BIM drawing according to project requirements;
• To complete documentation from detailed engineering drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and produce drawing sets
• They assist BIM Coordinators in creating BIM models for projects. Assist in building basic BIM libraries.
• Preparation of shop drawings, and As-built drawing;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in M&E field, preferably in building construction industry
• Proficient in AUTOCAD and MEP Revit software
• Able to work independently under stress and pressure
• Good work attitude with passion and drive
• 5.5days work/week
