Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore seeks a proficient BIM/CAD Drafter to create and update BIM models across the project life cycle, developing plans, elevations, sections and details from BIM/CAD data using AutoCAD and BIM tools.

You will coordinate with design disciplines, produce construction and shop drawings, and read MEP drawings; strong Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD skills are essential to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM/CAD with adequate detail.
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and AutoCAD software.
• Ability to read and understand MEP construction documents/drawings
