Lotte Engineering & Construction Co,Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller to produce BIM models and associated drawings for design, documentation and fabrication. You will work on AutoCAD and Revit content, ensure accuracy of BIM parameters, and assist BIM Coordinators with library building and shop drawings.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a BIM modelling certificate, and at least 3 years in M&E within construction.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in M&E field, preferably in building construction industry.
• Proficient in AUTOCAD and MEP Revit software.
• Able to work independently under stress and pressure.
• Good work attitude with passion and drive.
• 5.5 days work/week.

Responsabilidades

• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purposes.
• Identify issues for BIM Managers where discrepancies occur during design production.
• Ensure BIM models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted quantification, 4D simulation.
• Create BIM content and extracting production documents for BIM assisted projects.
• Produce accurate AUTOCAD and REVIT BIM drawings according to project requirements.
• Complete documentation from detailed engineering drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and produce drawing sets.
• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating BIM models for projects and building basic BIM libraries.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.

• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)
• Identify issues for BIM Managers where discrepancies occur during design production.
• Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4 D simulation
• The BIM modeller’s overall responsibility is to create BIM content and extracting production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Produce accurate AUTOCAD and REVIT BIM drawing according to project requirements;
• To complete documentation from detailed engineering drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and produce drawing sets
• They assist BIM Coordinators in creating BIM models for projects. Assist in building basic BIM libraries.
• Preparation of shop drawings, and As-built drawing;

Job Requirements:
