Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller and 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator within the Singapore construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Relevant BIM certification in Revit MEP and/or BIM coordination will be an advantage.

Job description

The BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller is responsible for the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) deliverables for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems. The role ensures the accurate production and integration of BIM models in compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Working closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors, the incumbent will support design coordination, clash detection, construction planning, and digital project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain M&E BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under tight project timelines.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays).
