Fuku is seeking an experienced M&E BIM drafter to produce shop and as-built drawings from BIM models using Revit, and to manage project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems in a fast-paced Singapore construction environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of M&E BIM drafting experience, proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and can interpret engineering drawings while coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction.
• Experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting is an advantage.
• Must be proficient in BIM/Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling tight deadlines.
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
• MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary).

Mansioni
