Job summary

A construction recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to work closely with Architects and team members in creating BIM Execution Plans. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in architecture and at least 1 year of relevant experience, particularly with Revit. This role offers up to $4,500 monthly and includes responsibilities in managing BIM processes and coordinating projects. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Strong experience in Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Architects in creating BIM Execution Plans.
• Ensure projects comply with BIM guidelines and government requirements.

• 5.5 Days, Office hours (alternate Saturdays)
• Up to $4,500 per month
