• Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models for different disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and model validation using BIM tools.
• Prepare documentation and deliverables per project requirements.

• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
• Design diagrams and layouts to illustrate workflow.
• Prepare and review sketches with the team.
