Job summary

KK Women's and Children's Hospital Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Patient Service Associate Executive in the Business Office (Inpatient Billing) to ensure accurate and timely inpatient billing and claims processing.

You will deliver excellent customer service for patient enquiries, feedback and explanations on hospital policies and Medisave regulations. You will also assist Supervisors with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned, requiring a Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Good communication (both written and spoken) skills.
• Team player with good analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP and prior customer service experience in a healthcare environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of inpatient billing and claims.
• Provide excellent customer service to patient enquiries and feedback.
