Job summary

Zoom in Singapore is seeking a Solutions Engineer to anchor pre-sales across APJ, translating complex enterprise requirements into tailored Workvivo solutions. You will lead consultative discovery sessions, deliver persona-based demos, and drive technical wins across the portfolio in English or Japanese.

You will report to the Regional Sales Leader in APJ with a dotted line to the Global Head of Solutions. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2 days per week at the Singapore office, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Fluency in English and Japanese, written and spoken.
• Proven track record supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with six-figure-plus ARR closures.
• Strong technical acumen across APIs, integrations, SSO/SAML, HRIS data flows, enterprise search, and AI/ML concepts.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
• Self-starter with autonomy across APJ and travel 20-30%.
• Experience in Employee Experience, HR Technology, Internal Communications, or Digital Workplace, or familiarity with AI-powered enterprise search.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery sessions uncovering goals, pain points, tech stacks, and success metrics tied to measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored, persona-based product demonstrations across Workvivo HQ, HQ Agent, Seer, Chat, Workvivo TV, and Advanced Analytics.
• Own the Solutions Engineering motion across APJ, managing opportunities end-to-end through qualification, PoC, RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and close via Salesforce.
• Serve as the primary SE for Japanese-language opportunities, leading discovery, demonstrations, and technical conversations in Japanese.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities with localisation and APJ requirements.
• Enable and support Channel Partners and generalist SEs with product knowledge and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless handovers and contribute to expansion opportunities.
