Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a client-facing professional to manage Japanese accounts across Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. You will understand client challenges, identify opportunities, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft value-driven solutions.

Travel overseas frequently for business and relationship-building activities such as meetings, meals, and golf will be part of the role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Proficient in Japanese with strong understanding of Japanese business culture and client engagement.
Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role.
Warm, personable and capable of building rapport with clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese management at existing clients across Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Identify and understand customers' challenges and unmet needs, and uncover new business opportunities through close engagement.
Work with internal sales and technical teams to develop and propose solutions that address customers' needs and create added value.
Engage with clients through relationship-building activities, including business meetings, meals, and golf when appropriate.
Share customer insights and potential business opportunities with relevant internal teams to support business development.
