TDCX is seeking a Sales Consultant Specialist with Spanish for Singapore. You will help clients engage with the global talent network, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and drive a robust sales pipeline.

You’ll work within a dynamic BPO environment, coordinating with Account Executives to demonstrate value and close opportunities. Candidates should have a diploma or higher, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to learn multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree is required or preferred.
• 1 year of related experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and maintain professional phone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Maintain accurate records of communications in MFST Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to plan outbound campaigns.
• Schedule product demonstrations between account executives and prospects.
• Leverage Sales Navigator for identifying leads and outreach strategies.
• Conduct a high volume of calls to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Help manage the Account Executive pipeline.
