• Persistent and resilient in pursuing sales tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Singapore customers and prospects to grow the portfolio with Branch and Business Development Managers.
• Create and follow up on offers and orders, collect market data on pricing and competition, share insights with pricing teams.
• Register and resolve customer complaints with timely follow-up with quality teams and managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Manage the onboarding journey for first-time orders from incoming leads.
• Own assigned accounts and address customer needs related to TVH products.
• Reach out to and develop customers from insights to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Guide customers on using the e-commerce platform for autonomous navigation.
• Report pricing, competitor activity, and regional trends to Pricing and Team Leaders.
• Provide backup support for colleagues as needed.
