Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent support to partner brands across channels. You'll handle calls and emails, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction while following our service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of customer service experience (or relevant education) and are bilingual in English and a Mother Tongue. Training is provided and the role offers a 5-day work week at Bedok/Jurong with KPI incentives.

Qualifications

• O Levels/Higher Nitec with at least 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• A Levels/Diploma/Degree with strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficient in MS Office and multi-system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to customers via calls and emails.
• Identify needs and research issues to offer strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and timely follow-ups with partners.
• Give feedback to improve tools, processes and guidelines.
• Deliver services to achieve high customer satisfaction and build relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain Quality Management System standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support service excellence.
