Job summary

Work Location: Ubi, Singapore — WorkLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Customer Care Support executive to handle inquiries and order processing across local and regional markets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, maintaining relationships, and liaising with our Germany headquarters on shipment Instructions and order updates. Requirements: GCE O Level or Diploma, 1 year in a related role, and MS Word/Excel proficiency; ERP experience (Dynamics NAV or SAP) is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience (Dynamics NAV or SAP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local and regional customers on inquiries, quotations, order processing, shipment arrangements, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, proactively identifying and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise closely with Germany headquarters on shipment instructions, order updates, and follow-ups.
