Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through email and phone.
• Prepare Quotations and Sales Orders.
• Monitor customer orders and provide support for RMAs.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer records.
• Liaise with forwarder and vendor on shipments.

Skills

Experience in a sales support role for B2B sales

Proficient in MS Excel

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education
