Job summary

Workle Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Care Support executive to manage customer inquiries and order processing across local and regional markets from our Ubi location. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with customers, coordinate shipments, and resolve issues promptly, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV or SAP.

Short notice availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP is an advantage.
• Able to commence work within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local and regional customers on inquiries, quotations, order processing, shipment arrangements, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, proactively identifying and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise closely with Germany headquarters on shipment instructions, order updates, and follow-ups
