MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Change Manager (French Speaking) to drive change initiatives within the technology function of a leading financial services group in Singapore. You will develop strategies, engage stakeholders across regions, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while supporting user adoption and capability building.

The role requires strong French and English communication, solid experience in technology change programs, and proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in managing change within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy financial services environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage change initiatives within the technology department to ensure smooth transitions and successful delivery.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and risks associated with change initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change management projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Provide training and support to teams affected by change processes to build capability and resilience.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all change management activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for change-related queries within the technology department.
