Job summary

Michael Page in Singapore is seeking a senior transformation lead to drive a large-scale banking programme. You will own end-to-end delivery across client service workstreams and coordinate major cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with project governance, risk management and audit readiness, plus the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage delivery milestones through to post-migration stabilisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of transformation or change initiatives experience within financial services.
• Experience delivering projects involving payments, cash management or connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client service workstreams within a major transformation programme.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependency mapping and governance reporting.
• Drive risk, issue and decision management to ensure successful programme execution.
• Assess impacts across transaction banking channels, client services and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to implement structured and controlled change activities.
• Support client communication and migration-related activities, ensuring strong governance and audit readiness.
• Manage implementation, testing, cutover planning and post-migration stabilisation activities.
