Job summary

You will coordinate bid processes, write bespoke responses, ensure high-quality documents and governance, and help with client research and content development. Strong writing and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong bid writing and editing skills are essential.
• Experience in a sales environment or bid management is desirable.
• Higher educational qualifications to degree level would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bid Manager, Sales Director and BU teams across the opportunity lifecycle, from initial identification to RFI/RFP stages.
• Coordinate bid processes, maintain bid tracker and responsibility matrix, and ensure timely submission of high-quality responses.
• Write bespoke bid responses and executive summaries aligned to client needs; check and challenge content for differentiation.
• Collaborate with BDMs, BUSC and other stakeholders to gather client insights and develop win themes.
• Help prepare for client meetings, site visits, and workshops; maintain content library and reusable templates.
