Job summary

LUMME TCM Wellness Pte. Ltd. is seeking an energetic store operations leader in Singapore to oversee daily activities and ensure excellent customer experiences.

The role covers opening/closing procedures, staff management, sales and financial monitoring, inventory control, and compliance with safety standards, with a focus on creating attractive displays and smooth store performance. You will train and motivate the team, coordinate with suppliers, and uphold company policies to drive revenue

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, and workflow.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff to build a motivated team.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets, track revenues and expenses, and prepare financial or performance reports.
• Track stock levels, place orders, manage deliveries, and reduce losses from shrinkage or overstocking.
• Greet shoppers and resolve customer complaints or escalations to maintain high service standards.
• Plan store layouts, design promotional displays, and keep products attractive and accessible.
• Enforce company policies, security routines, and local health and safety regulations.
