Job summary

You will oversee staff scheduling, training, inventory, customer service, cash handling, and strict health and safety compliance to maintain high standards and drive customer loyalty.

• Staff management of beauticians, therapists, and stylists including scheduling shifts, performance reviews, and training on techniques and products.
• Operational oversight of daily salon activities: opening/closing procedures, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and inventory ordering.
• Customer service as primary contact for client feedback, managing bookings and promotions to attract and retain clients.
• Financial duties: processing payments, cash flow, daily sales/expenses records, and strategies to meet sales targets.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations and salon standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
