Job summary

You will coach Store Supervisors and Assistant Managers, build development plans, manage performance of the retail team, and ensure visuals, housekeeping, inventory, and cash handling meet standards. Strong focus on KPIs, sales reporting, and team recruitment is essential.

• Be responsible for the work and performance of every member of the retail team
• Train team to ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Motivate and encourage the team and foster good relationships amongst team members
• Recommend improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience
• Responsible for achieving and analysing store KPIs
• Accountable for sales reporting, weekly updates and customer profile reports
• Maintain store inventory and conduct monthly stock takes
• Be accountable for standard store opening, closing and preparing cash deposits
• Recruit brilliant candidates for the retail team
