Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop.
• Follow up on customer appointments and feedback.
• Train team members, motivate team morale and resolve staff issues.
• Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of supplies.
• Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commissions calculations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation.
