Job summary

vaness beauty is seeking a hands-on store operations lead to drive daily operations, people management, and exceptional customer service in our Singapore store. The role oversees opening/closing routines, sales targets, inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance with safety guidelines.

You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, monitor budgets, and prepare performance reports to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: open/close procedures, keep store clean, manage workflow.
• Staff Management: recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff to build a motivated team.
• Sales & Financials: monitor sales targets, manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and prepare financial or performance reports.
• Inventory Control: track stock levels, place orders, manage deliveries, and reduce losses from shrinkage or overstocking.
• Customer Service: greet shoppers, and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
• Visual Merchandising: plan store layouts, design promotional displays, and keep products attractive and accessible.
• Compliance & Safety: enforce company policies, security routines, and local health and safety regulations.
