Job summary

A renowned beauty company in Singapore is seeking a Beauty Advisor to promote skincare and makeup products while providing personalized customer consultations. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining store appearance. No prior experience is needed as you will receive comprehensive training. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about beauty, and has excellent communication skills. Retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, are required.

Your Role at INNISFREE:

• Be the face of INNISFREE by promoting our skincare, makeup, and haircare products.

• Create meaningful connections with customers and deliver exceptional service.

• Provide personalized skincare consultations and engaging product demonstrations.

• Achieve individual and counter sales targets while ensuring timely task completion.

• Maintain accurate stock levels, transactions, and sales entries in POS and membership systems.

• Safeguard customer data in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.

• Keep the store inviting through excellent housekeeping and visual merchandising display.

• Uphold professionalism by following company policies and demonstrating integrity.

• Handle cash transactions responsibly, including till management and deposits (if applicable).
