Provide customized facial and skin care treatments based on individual client needs
Manage and arrange client appointment schedules efficiently
Maintain accurate client records and perform data entry
Organise, update and safeguard client documentation and treatment history
Conduct professional pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations
Handle client enquiries promptly and address their concerns in a professional manner
Recommend and upsell suitable retail products and additional beauty services
Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory control
Ensure all treatment rooms and work areas are kept clean, hygienic and presentable
Support the team with other administrative duties when required
