Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Business Development lead to drive strategies for promoting the company’s M&E construction capabilities. You will identify opportunities, conduct market research, and nurture key client relationships across the industry.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in marketing/BD within Singapore’s construction M&E sector, with a proactive, commercially minded approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and/or business development experience.
• Relevant experience in Singapore construction M&E industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to promote the Company's M&E construction capabilities, projects and services.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and other industry stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, site meetings and industry functions to develop business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Prepare and coordinate company profiles, presentations, proposals, tender materials and other business development documents.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, business contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence.
• Develop and maintain corporate branding, brochures, presentations, project case studies and other marketing materials.
• Highlight the Company's project achievements, technical capabilities, certifications and industry experience through suitable marketing channels.
• Gather client and market feedback and provide relevant insights to management.
• Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to obtain accurate project information and support business initiatives.
• Analyse potential business opportunities, identify risks and challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support management in strategic business development projects and other assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing and/or business development experience.
• Relevant experience in the Singapore construction M&E industry is mandatory.
• Proactive, resourceful and commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills.
