Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in the construction M&E industry is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience, preferably within the construction, M&E, engineering or built environment sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore construction and M&E industry, including key stakeholders and business practices.
  • Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the Company’s M&E construction capabilities, projects, services and expertise.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
  • Support business development activities, including preparation of company profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain the Company’s corporate branding and marketing communications.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, corporate events, industry networking activities and client engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with management to develop strategies for strengthening the Company’s market positioning.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure appropriate responses and follow-up.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, site meetings and industry functions where required.
  • Gather client and market feedback and communicate relevant information to management and internal teams.
  • Ensure marketing and proposal materials accurately reflect the Company's capabilities, experience and completed projects.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, business contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain corporate communication materials, including company brochures, presentations.
  • Ensure consistency in the Company’s corporate image, branding and external communications.
  • Highlight the Company’s project achievements, technical capabilities, certifications and industry experience.
  • Coordinate corporate photography, project case studies and other marketing content.
  • Monitor construction and M&E industry developments, market trends and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyse market information and provide insights to management to support business decisions.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and commercial awareness when evaluating business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks, challenges and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to support business and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain accurate project information and ensure timely completion of marketing and business development activities.
  • Support management in strategic projects and other assignments as required.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to enhance the Company’s market presence, strengthen client and stakeholder relationships, and support business growth within the M&E construction industry.

The role requires a strong understanding of the construction/M&E environment, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify opportunities, analyse market information and develop practical marketing strategies aligned with the Company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Business Development
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the Company’s M&E construction capabilities, projects, services and expertise.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
  • Support business development activities, including preparation of company profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain the Company’s corporate branding and marketing communications.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, corporate events, industry networking activities and client engagement initiatives.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain corporate communication materials, including company brochures, presentations.

Job Requirements
