Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Business Development professional to lead strategies for our M&E construction capabilities. You will identify opportunities, build client networks and coordinate campaigns to promote services.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E, a related degree, and strong relationships with industry stakeholders. Office hours are Monday to Friday, with company benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience in construction/M&E.
• Strong understanding of Singapore construction and M&E industry and its stakeholders.
• Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the company's M&E construction capabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and stakeholders.
• Support proposals, tenders, marketing materials.
• Coordinate corporate events, networking activities, client engagement and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date records of clients, business contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market developments to identify potential opportunities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to support business initiatives.
• Prepare project case studies, corporate communications and marketing content while ensuring consistent company branding.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management and support strategic projects as required.

Job Scope

Job Requirements
