Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking a sales/business development professional in the M&E/Construction sector. You will build and sustain client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technical and operations teams on quotations, reviewing requirements, and delivering cost estimates while monitoring market trends and reporting findings to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Construction, Interior Design, M&E or related disciplines.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, site visits, quotations, tender submissions, negotiations and contract closure.
• Review project requirements and specifications, and work with the technical/operations team to prepare quotations and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports for management.

Salary: SGD $3,500 – $5,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Requirements

• Experience in M&E contracting, ACMV, electrical, facilities management, A&A or building maintenance is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.

• Able to work independently as well as closely with technical and operations teams.
