Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a marketing and business development professional to promote the company’s M&E construction capabilities, projects, services and expertise.

The role involves identifying opportunities, conducting market research, preparing company profiles and proposals, and liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and developers to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience in construction, M&E, engineering, or built environment.
• Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the Company's M&E construction capabilities, projects, services and expertise.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.

• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.

• Support business development activities, including preparation of company profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure appropriate responses and follow-up.

• Develop and maintain corporate communication materials, including company brochures, presentations.

• Ensure consistency in the Company's corporate image, branding and external communications

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience, preferably within the construction, M&E, engineering or built environment sector

• Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
