Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build credibility with clients.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective recruitment strategies and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to drive consensus among stakeholders.
