MEISHENG PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive in Singapore to grow our recruitment and manpower placement business.

Your primary role is to acquire new employer clients, secure recruitment job orders, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to placements. This is a business development and client acquisition role, not just candidate sourcing. You will work with WP, S Pass and EP processes and earn attractive commission based on placements and accounts you

Qualificações

• CEI certification is mandatory.
• Experience in Singapore's recruitment, employment agency or manpower industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently acquire employer clients and generate recruitment job orders.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with WP, S Pass and EP recruitment processes is an advantage.
• Proactive, target-driven and confident in approaching new corporate clients.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Existing employer networks or corporate client relationships will be a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Actively identify, approach and acquire new corporate clients requiring manpower and recruitment services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, client visits and other business development activities.
• Engage HR managers, business owners and hiring decision-makers to understand their manpower needs.
• Secure recruitment job orders and negotiate service agreements with employers.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with recruitment and sourcing teams to fulfil client hiring requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to contract signing and successful placements.
• Achieve monthly client acquisition, job order and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment agency regulations.
