Job summary

Dallas Boat Quay Pte Ltd is seeking a bartender to open and close the bar, manage daily bar operations, and prepare cocktails, coffee, and other beverages. The role requires a customer-focused attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be fluent in English, proactive, and able to work well with others. 1–2 years in F&B is advantageous; on-site duties apply.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar.
• Handle bar operations: ordering, prep, and inventory.
• Mix cocktails and house specialties; prepare beverages including coffee.
• Support teammates to maintain service sequence.
• Assist manager in daily bar operations.
• Assist in stock takes and inventory upkeep.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Assist other team players to ensure the sequence of service.


• Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations.


• Assist in stock take and upkeep stock inventory.


• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
