Job summary

THE ONE LIVEHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, ensure professional beverage service, and uphold high quality standards. You will lead bartenders, manage stock, train staff and coordinate with F&B and Operations managers to maintain excellent guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, beverage knowledge and the ability to work in a high-volume live venue environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in bars or hospitality venues.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages and stock-control.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Cocktail or beverage development knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
• Ensure efficient and professional beverage service.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Manage staff deployment, scheduling and training.
• Monitor liquor, beverage and consumable inventory.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Control wastage, breakage, complimentary items and stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate purchasing and replenishment with suppliers or management.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of beverage stock.
• Ensure bar equipment and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
• Develop and maintain standard drink recipes and preparation procedures where applicable.
• Monitor bar sales and recommend improvements to beverage offerings and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns relating to bar service.
• Coordinate closely with the F&B and Operations Managers.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Perform other bar-related duties as required by management

Bar Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operation of our livehouse bar. The Bar Manager will be responsible for beverage service, staff management, stock control and maintaining consistent service and product standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and supervise bartenders and bar staff

Requirements

• Relevant experience in bars, restaurants, nightlife, hospitality or entertainment venues

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred

• Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Strong inventory and stock-control awareness

• Leadership and staff-training ability

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Cocktail or beverage-development knowledge will be an advantage
