InternSG in Singapore is seeking a bar supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead the team during shifts. You will prepare cocktails, support food items, and ensure smooth service.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling ability, and a guest-first mentality to maintain high standards in a busy environment.

Formación

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in Singapore.
• Prior supervisory or Bar/F&B experience is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and people skills.
• Comfortable handling payment and POS system.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Daily Bar Operations.
• Prepare Cocktails & simple food items.
• Manage Bites & Bar Crew during shifts.
• Manage Budgets and financials.
• Handing Cashiering and cash handling duties.
• Housekeeping & stocktake.
• Recruit, train & supervise staff.
• Resolve issues during service and support as needed.
