Job summary

TLG GOURMET PTE. LTD. is seeking a bar staff to prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, interact with customers, and provide recommendations.

You will mix drinks, plan bar menus, check IDs, restock inventory, and maintain cleanliness while working in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and drink recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Liaise with Manager on wine list and new beverages.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations when required
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, mocktails and etc
• Plan and present bar menu to customers on new beverages and specials
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Liaise with Manager on wine list and creating new beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
