Job summary

THE FULLERTON BAY HOTEL is seeking a Captain to uphold the highest quality standards for F&B operations in bars. You will develop and maintain top-quality service, supervise presentation, and oversee table setup and equipment handling.

The role requires friendly, guest-focused service, ensuring timely delivery and cleanliness, and anticipating guests’ needs. A thorough knowledge of the bar menu is essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
