Neurones IT Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Support Analyst to sustain critical banking applications in Trade Finance and Supply Chain domains. The role emphasizes incident resolution within SLA, diagnostic escalations to L3, and thorough runbook-based operations.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in production support with Unix/Linux, SQL, and ITIL processes, plus experience with scheduling tools like Autosys/Crontab/Quartz and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years in application or production support, ideally in banking or financial services.
Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and strong SQL.
ITIL, ServiceNow, JIRA and SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities

Resolve production incidents escalated from L1 within SLA, and elevate to L3 with full diagnostics
Troubleshoot using application logs, SQL, interface flows and batch outputs
Raise and track problem tickets for recurring issues
Monitor application health, queues and scheduled jobs, and rerun failed jobs per runbook
Handle service requests and pre-approved data fixes under Change Management
Maintain runbooks and knowledge articles, and flag repetitive tasks for automation
Support releases with post-deployment checks, user sanity testing and migration validation
Participate in shift rotation and on-call cover
Share support insights with project and L3 teams, and contribute to service reviews
