PERSOL is hiring a Banking Customer Support Officer on a 12-month contract. You will provide personalised customer service over the phone and assist with banking products, accounts and service enquiries.

Location choices include Jurong East or Changi Business Park, with training in the first 3 months and a chance to renew or convert to permanent based on performance. A $1,000 training completion allowance plus night shift and transport allowances apply.

Banking Customer Support Officer (12-Month Contract)

Position Details

Location:
Jurong East or Changi Business Park (EXPO)

Working Hours:

• 5 working days per week




• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend




• Roster-based schedule




• Any 8 working hours between 1:00 PM and 12:00 Midnight

Salary & Allowance:

• Basic Salary: $2,600 – $3,600

Training:

• First 3 months: Training period

• After completing training, you can choose your preferred location between Jurong East and Changi Business Park
