Helius Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Call Center Officer (Banking) to handle customer inquiries at a frontline center. Work locations include Jurong or Changi depending on proximity from residence, with initial training at the Changi office.

After training, afternoon shifts run 1pm–10pm, 2pm–11pm, or 3pm–12am with one weekday and one weekend off. You will assist customers, promote products, and help with digital onboarding while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• Familiar with computer applications and tools.
• Background in customer-facing roles (front or backend) is preferred.

• Achieve set Customer Center targets (KPIs) while upholding service quality.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance for customer requests.
• Promote the Bank's products and services through cross-selling.
• Assist customers in transitioning to the Bank's digital platform based on their preferences.
• Uphold professional standards when interacting with customers.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work deployment as needed.
• Assist Operations in managing customer requests and transactional follow-ups.
• On the job training will be provided.
