Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Officer to handle call-centre banking product inquiries from Jurong or Changi. You will work on a 12-month contract with training and a rotating shift between 1 PM and midnight, five days per week (weekend included) on a roster.

The role focuses on delivering personalized service, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining high-quality customer support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call center on banking products, accounts and service enquiries.
• Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
