Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Experience in gathering requirements and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of system data flows and application functionality.
• Hands-on experience managing UAT, including test planning, execution and defect tracking.
• Ability to work with business users, project managers and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on system usage in daily BAU activities.
• Understand project scope, changes and assist Project Manager in impact assessment.
• Governance to ensure design aligns with long-term data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough with the team.
• Partner with team in solutioning to ensure long-term, standardized design and no-ops front-end configuration.
• Assess and propose testing approach and sign-off criteria with stakeholders.
• UAT management including timelines, batch runs, and tester results.
• Prepare documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach.
