Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is partnering with a client, one of the world’s largest financial services organizations, to hire an Ops Migration Support Analyst in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting end-to-end operational migration activities, system checks, and data remediation during migration projects.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant operational or banking experience with strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to validation and detail-oriented checks.

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years of relevant operational or banking experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across cross functional team.
• Meticulous in validation/checking, attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Support/end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios.
• Support update of process note to reflect the project's changes where applicable.
