Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a banking-focused transformation and project management team. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical execution to support end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives in core banking and related operations.

In this role, you will facilitate requirement-gathering, translate needs into user stories, collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and IT leads, drive process re-engineering, oversee change management,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Expertise in onboarding, KYC workflows, document mgmt, or CRM systems.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum lifecycles and UAT management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process re-engineering skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership and tech leads.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement-gathering to translate needs into user stories and specs.
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, IT Leads, and executives.
• Drive business process analysis, workflow design, and re-engineering across teams.
• Oversee change management, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
• Support business case development, planning, and milestone tracking.
• Manage end-to-end UAT and escalate risks to keep delivery on track.
